So much is riding on the 2020 Census for our students, communities and College. The JJC Library, in partnership with the President's Diversity & Inclusion Council, The Spanish Community Center and the U.S. Census Bureau, has embarked on an informational campaign to get out the count! We want an inclusive enumeration of our entire area, and that includes you and your whole family. It doesn’t matter if you are a citizen or undocumented, or if you speak English or another language, there are resources to help everyone be counted. Many of the services and resources you depend upon, including our College, receive funding based on the Census. Will County alone stands to lose $200 million if there is an undercount. Not only that, our state could lose political representation in Congress. This could mean even more monies lost! Learn more about what is at stake and how you can help. This program will be held in English and Spanish. Free and open to the public. Students are encouraged to bring their families.Event Coordinator: Michelle Roubal Email: email@example.com Phone: 815-280-2350
