They will further explore engaging the whole family in spaces and events. In the afternoon, we will take a moment to focus on self-care and stress management. Then, we will close out our day with a presentation from Youth Outlook, an organization committed to celebrating, empowering, advocating for and providing services to meet the ever-evolving needs of LGBTQ+ youth and their families, friends and communities. They will speak on the role libraries can have in creating an inclusive and affirming environment and current trends in working with LGBTQ+ young people.
