Listen and learn from two Chicago-land library leaders who are actively engaging the concepts of Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI). They will discuss how they are leveraging the power and influence of their individual institutions to advance racial equity in their communities and library spaces. Our speakers will discuss how they’re working toward changing the policies, practices, and systems in place that create unintended barriers and implicit bias towards people of color.
