It will include a review of processing In-state and Out-of-state OCLC requests in Symphony, SHARE Illinois OPAC access for placing holds, Internet Access libraries with our school partners, and requests through other means. In addition, we will review procedures and processes for supporting reciprocal borrowing within our consortium and throughout Illinois.

We will also review the reporting and statistical reports available for analyzing this activity.
