Libraries are complex organizations with complex challenges. Our work requires balancing our stakeholders’ competing demands for collections, services, and spaces, often while experiencing budget cuts or other financial challenges. As a result, challenges within our organizations often take a backseat to those affecting our patrons. Come learn how your colleagues have used assessment, user experience, or design thinking methods to address organizational challenges in their workplaces.
