Dr. Raj Shah, Rush Alzeimer's Disease Center and David J. Kelsey, Manager, Outreach Services Department, St. Charles PL and co-founder of the RAILS Serving Patrons with Dementia Group will join us for a discussion about the disease, it's effect on those we serve, and how we might think about ways to support both patrons and their caregivers as we seek to provide access to library services and programs.
