NASA workshop--Picking Up STEAM with NASA Science and Technology

Tap into NASA technology, to learn how to effectively use problem-based learning activities for students K – 8. This hands-on workshop demonstrates engagement strategies that use NASA data and images to enhance your STEAM program. Participants will design a satellite, explore the scientific uses of satellite images, and will discover the many ways coding can extend student learning via Sphero robotics. NASA Education Professional Development Specialist, Susan Kohler, will be facilitating the workshop.

The workshop is FREE. Box Lunches may be ordered upon registration or participants may bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages and snacks will be provided. A menu for the box lunches will be provided upon registration.
