Mental Health First Aid is a training provided in over 40 countries worldwide to increase mental health awareness by breaking down the stigma of mental illness.. This training addresses potential warning signs of presenting mental health problems and provides the tools to help someone in crisis. As we continue the dialogue to improve mental health literacy we are shattering the barriers associated to mental illness and helping make recovery possible.
