Join the Judaica Library Network of Metropolitan Chicago for an afternoon discussing the latest in Israeli Fiction! Our host Rachel Kamin, MLIS, has been a Judaica librarian for over 20 years and is currently the Director of the Gray Cultural & Learning Center at North Suburban Synagogue Beth El. She serves on the Association of Jewish Libraries new Fiction Award Committee and facilitates book groups at six local synagogues. She will discuss Israeli fiction recently translated into English, as well as books by Israelis writing in English and new novels by native English speakers set in Israel and/or featuring Israeli characters.
