Presenter Karen Snow is an Associate Professor and the PhD Program Director at the School of Information Studies at Dominican University. This interactive workshop will move participants beyond the basics of Resource Description & Access (RDA) into more advanced cataloging territory. The instructor will cover RDA for “non-traditional” resources – games, kits, equipment, Playaways, and other non-book items. New MARC fields will be explained, and plenty of examples and activities will be provided to help empower participants to tackle cataloging their own troublesome resources!
