Effective Performance Reviews

The performance evaluation process can be challenging. In this session, we take a look at the aspects of the performance management process including goal setting, monitoring and documenting performance, in order to prepare for and deliver performance evaluations. We will also address the skills needed to provide ongoing feedback and will review appropriate documentation guidelines.

Topics covered in this session include:

• Linking individual performance goals to larger organizational goals

• Applying the SMART criteria to goals to check for effectiveness

• Identifying the elements that contribute to performance

• How to deliver performance feedback in a specific, behavior-based manner

• Creating a feedback file to effectively documenting performance

• Understanding the role of performance evaluations in the larger performance management model

Registration information

Session Capacity: 60 seats

Cost: $10 per person per individual session
          (Your library will be invoiced after the registration deadline.)

   OR $25 per person for three sessions when registering for ALL of the below sessions*
         *each participant must register individually for each session

Cancellation deadline: Wed., April 17, at 5 p.m. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this date. However, registration can be transferred with at least 24 business hours of notice.

Zoom links and any session materials will be sent to registrants approximately one week before each webinar.

The webinar will be recorded and available to participants for 7 days. The link will be emailed to participants after the event.
