Informal roundtable geared to all types of library staff with an interest in promoting their libraries. Participants share ideas regarding successful strategies, buzz marketing ideas, as well as useful tips and tricks to communicating your library's Return on Investment (ROI) to your community, your stakeholders, and others. Bring samples of your best marketing projects to share and questions for the other meeting participants. In addition, we will take a guided tour of the Bensenville Community Public Library District and view the sculptures currently on display. Attendance at DuPage Library System events constitutes consent to be photographed for DLS purposes, including, but not limited to, such purposes as publications, advertising, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed for these purposes, please notify staff before the event begins.

Join Illinois libraries and participate in "Snapshot of a Day" by collecting Statistics, comments, and photographs from the day to provide indisputable proof that libraries consistently provide invaluable services to our community. Illinois libraries are being requested to collect statistics in eight areas: Customer Visits/Door Count Internet/Public Computer Number of Reference Questions Children Participating in Programs Adults Participating in Programs Circulation Total for the Day Date Base Usage Web Page Hits Eventually, libraries are being requested to record these statistics using Survey Monkey.
