You can access, review and/or correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by going to the My Profile section. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by using the online forms available at that URL, or by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
This site has extensive security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Cancellation Policy & Refund
Event registration may be canceled within the timeframe established for specific events. This information is stated in the event detail listing, where registration is initiated. A refund will be processed based on the policy of the event's financial sponsor. Failure to attend an event for which payment has been received does not obligate the financial sponsor to process a refund. It is the registrant's responsibility to follow cancellation deadlines.
