Attorney Phil Lenzini will discuss legal issues pertaining specifically to District Libraries. Among the topics will be annexation, ordinances, reporting responsibilities, election responsibilities, policies... District libraries with specific issues or questions can send them to nancys@palsnet.info prior to the session. Questions can also be asked during the presentation.
