Attorney Phil Lenzini will address issues of Privacy & Confidentiality as they relate to libraries. Included topics are the Library Confidentiality Act, Freedom of Information Act, and the Local Records Act. He will discuss library policies related to privacy & confidentiality. Members with specific questions about privacy & confidentiality can send them to nancys@palsnet.info prior to the presentation. Participants can also ask questions during the sesssion.
