Attorney Phil Lenzini discusses referenda with libraries in Tax Capped Counties. He will cover the legal issues and deadlines as well as timelines and strategies. Specific referenda questions that members want addressed can be sent to nancys@palsnet.info prior to the workshop. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the presentation.
