CANCELLEDON THE FRONT LINES: AGENTS OF CHANGE CONFERENCE The purpose of this conference is to equip and enlighten front line staff persons with training, exposure and techniques that will enable them to deal effectively and efficiently with their day-to-day activities as front line employees. Conference sessions will focus on topics of interest to all types of libraries.Exciting keynote and session speakers are on the line-up.
