Be able to find the homeless and homeless services in their service area. Develop an effective and legal service strategy for the homeless, including a plan to evaluate how well their library serves the homeless. Be able to communicate to the homeless about library services.**************************************************************************************************light refreshments1:00 - 2:30PM: In the afternoon, after a :30 minute break, a panel of representatives from local social services and libraries will discuss what is available locally to help libraries serve homeless patrons and what some libraries have done or are doing now.
