Twenty‐one examples and ideas from both publiclibraries and other organizations will be shown and discussed. Examples provided will include such topics as Library 2.0, Web 2.0, facilities, marketing and branding, self‐service, collections, community collaborations, and customer service. The workshop will be interactive and presenters will encourage group discussion of the examples shown. Learning Objectives include:1. Explore the key elements of successful 21st century library service.2. Discuss tools/techniques for successfully serving a variety of library customers, including users and nonusers.3.
