This class is designed for OCLC libraries that are expanding their service to include out-of-state Interlibrary Loan.

    We will be discussing:
  • the advantage of joining LVIS (Libraries Very Interested in Sharing)
  • using IFM to manage out-of-state loan fees
  • creating custom holdings groups and paths
  • updating your constant data records
  • ILL loan fees
  • shipping concerns.
Bring your OCLC authorization and password as we will be updating your administration settings.
