Join your colleagues from other DLS libraries to network with them and to learn from them. Session topics include: informing your communities about databases; using Return on Investment (ROI) to market your library; cataloging changes (RDA); reprioritizing for our times; serving 20-something's and seniors in new ways. Gail Johnson and Pam Parr, Face to Face Communications and Training, will show you how to have the tough conversations with co-workers and help you understand 5 things you need to know about your performance review. At the keynote luncheon, the DLS Awards will be presented and Bob Kann, motivational speaker and storyteller, will help us bring humor into our jobs and lives.
