The Membership will engage in a focused six hour Summit to work on plans for key themes identified during the Strategic Planning Zone Meetings. The Summit will start with a review of the data and key findings of the process, but then split up into working groups organized by key themes.

Members will have the opportunity to give input in multiple key themes, but will be asked to volunteer for the area where they feel they can have the most impact. At the end of the Summit, participants will feel confident that the organization is on the right track for transformative change and they will understand their role in operationalizing the plan going forward.

The summit will be led by strategic planning consulant, Amanda E. Standerfer, MA, MLIS.
