Not only can your library afford Word-of-Mouth marketing, you can also deliver a more compelling message than commercial brands with this proven system in place. Often, you solve a problem for your patrons; on some days, you change a life. Learn how to package your library’s successes so people absolutely must tell their friends and neighbors. Next time somebody new asks, “What do you do?” or the tiresome, “Do we still need libraries?” you will be on point.

In this workshop, you will learn:

6 principles for making your message contagious, based on Wharton’s School of Business Research
A template for creating your Word-of-Mouth Marketing Plan
How to start a conversation with your community by listening before telling and selling
Word-of-Mouth marketing is a team sport. Bring your staff together and start planning your message.
