A quarterly update session designed to brief RAILS member libraries on the latest RAILS news and to discuss specific issues of interest to RAILS members in-depth. Dee Brennan, RAILS Executive Director, will host the meeting at the Galesburg Public Library. RAILS staff will provide a brief update on: plans for supporting RAILS shared catalogs other independent consortia, and non-automated librariesplans for continued standardization of delivery and a delivery outsourcing updateplans for providing opportunities for members throughout the RAILS area to interact and network with each otherdigitization plansplans for expanding RAILS’ cooperative purchasing/discount programeRead Illinois plansand plans for continuing education and consulting.Attendees will have plenty of opportunities throughout the session to provide feedback and ask questions.
