When colleagues or coworkers seek advice and counsel they probably do not want to be told what to do. Rather we all perform better if we are guided toward common goals. Leading and mentoring within an organization now involves much more than an elder simply showing the “newbie” how to do things while providing pearls of wisdom. This workshop focuses on modeling effective behavior, learning how to provide honest and direct feedback, along with current, empathetic mentoring techniques.

Sign up for both sessions for the discounted price of $130!
