In the rapidly changing workplace there is constant need to develop and implement lasting solutions. This workshop will cover the interrelationships of creativity, risk taking, and innovation and the benefits of innovation. Participants will leave with an understanding of the drivers of innovation and ways to utilize these drivers to be more innovative when addressing challenges.
