This workshop will cover holds including placing book club and research holds. This workshop will also review accessing pick lists, trapping holds, clean hold shelf reports and reporting pending transit problems to be included in the monthly Missing Intransit email.

This workshop is intended for staff from full and basic online members of the Resource Sharing Alliance, NFP.
