In order to get our work done and achieve our goals, we need cooperation from others. At times this can be difficult. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn positive approaches to challenging situations, and strategies for developing more productive relationships with bosses, co-workers, and patrons.

Positive Responses to Challenging Situations is session one of a two part series entitled Workplace Survival Skills.
