This is an introductory class on generating, understanding, and printing Millennium Web Management Reports. Our focus will be on the monthly reports currently generated by Lewis & Clark Library System staff.Covered in this class:- - how to access Web Management Reports- - the different types of reports available- - the ability to display the information as a pie chart, bar graph, table, or all three at once- - the ability to export data to a delimited ASCII file- - the ability to open the data in Microsoft Excel- - the ability to manipulate the data in ExcelThis is a GateNet circulation class. There is no prerequisite for this class but basic knowledge of the Circulation Desk is helpful. This class is designed for GateNet members.You must be able to login to the CIRCULATION MODULE in Millennium with your library’s login and initials.After attending this class, participants will have a working knowledge of the reports offered through Millennium Web Management Reports. Participants will be able to run all monthly reports currently being run by the Lewis &amp;amp; Clark Library System staff. Participants will be able to export data into a Microsoft Excel file.Introduction to Web Management Reports is an interactive class, combining lecture and hands-on training. Participants are encouraged to share their needs in relation to Web Management Reports. Circulation Staff and Supervisors will highly benefit from attending this class.This class is offered several time a year. This class is also available on demand when three or more participants are interested.
